Hello, I'm Ms. Ochoa, the Psychiatric Social Worker at Franklin Ave Elementary and Mayberry Street Elementary. I am excited to meet the students and staff, and I'd like to share a little bit about myself! ​

I graduated from UCLA with my Bachelors Degree in Sociology, and continued my education at USC earning a Masters in Social Work. I have a passion for mental health and love to bring new and fun ways of implementing positive mental health practices into student's lives. I believe that mental health is for everyone. I am sure all of you practice positive mental health in ways you did not even notice (yes, watching your favorite show can be a positive mental health practice)!
